Aliens takeover of internet

Does Internet facilitate the takeover of the Earth by the aliens ?
A jùn mǎ 俊 马 tale 故事 (François de la Chevalerie)
The aliens, a controversial topic undermined by sometimes grotesques interpretations and on which until now none existence has been proved.
Internet, the epicentre of the post-industrial age.
At first glance, the two subjects seem to have nothing in common except a high-risky assumption : thanks to a technological superiority power in their hands, aliens could neutralise the network, trapping or destroying it and thereby endangering the global economy and world stability.
The ideal target
The fear that uncontrolled forces could jostle the Internet is nothing new. Indeed, what a good and relevant target! Today, the network collect almost inexhaustible and endless information of all kind. All the sectors of activity are being gobbled up without mostly any resistance
At the end, so many businesses cannot operate without Internet. Beyond the Internet companies, for so many, it represents the major sometimes exclusive strength.
Every day more, the world economy is increasingly dependent on this virtual tool.
Never like now, No one seems to escape.
Even the most authoritarian regimes have not been able to immunize themselves fully against this material.
Even a today Robinson Crusoe alike living in a remote pacific inlands fall into the trap.
This risk must be seriously considered
As many governments know perfectly, the network is an ideal ground to be used for terrorist actions. As is shown by the growth of radical Islamism and the spreading of war in the Middle East and Northern Africa, Internet makes it an ideal venue for recruitment and for all kind of unspeakable propaganda.
Aside terrorists group, others would like to shut down Internet for philosophical reasons, mainly the rejection of the modern world or a vague desire to return to some « paradise lost ».
The root name server has already experienced two powerful attacks in 2002 and 2007.
However, the human ability to destroy the system seems limited. behind the Internet’s appearance of democracy, a very few ones hold the keys of the network.
Alien unkown force
But the game could be open if an alien force threatens to neutralize the network.
Such an idea will be greeted by derogatory comments. For the scientific community what is not based on the truth cannot stand.
However, Stephen Hawkings voice must be heard.
At the Zeitgeist Conference in 2011, he pointed out the situation.
“We are just an advanced breed of monkeys on a minor planet of a very average star.” Then he added: “To confine our attention to terrestrial matters would be to limit the human spirit.”
Too busy to deal with the Earth major problems – in fact, they are a lot – many underestimate the alien potential threat or they turn a blind eye on it.
This negligence stirs some of the dramatic pages of the world. By ignoring the potential hazards dangers, wars have occurred throughout human history. The sense of responsibility leads to the necessity to deal with the worst-case scenario.
Three observations must be taken seriously.
Likely presence of the aliens in the universe
Born 13.7 billion years ago, the universe is supposed to host 200 billion galaxies. Each one gathers a hundred billion of stars. In their turn, each of those ones host a bunch of planets!
It would be surprising that life hasn’t blossomed elsewhere.
Due to an incredible series of physicochemical phenomena, until now the Earth is the only planet harboring life in the universe.
The criteria of the life existence are well known.
- An ideal distance from the star, the so-called habitable zone
- A rather circular orbit
- The presence of an atmosphere
- An ideal mass for the planet
- The presence of liquid water
- The presence of a lithosphere
These are the general requisite that explain the presence of life.
According to the worst-case calculations, even excluding the countless Jovian gaseous planets that do not meet the foregoing conditions, those likely to host life represent a tremendous potential.
From this stock, we can eliminate yet 99% of them, those which are bombarded by meteorites or shaken by gas windstorms.
From this figure, let us put aside another 99%, those with a dense carbon dioxide atmosphere or an icy mantle.
At the end, the planets sharing the same general conditions of the Earth are uncountable.
The assumption that sentient beings may have existed before us in others planets comes naturally.
The assumption that they should have the ability to produce most advanced technologies that the ones of the Earth is highly likely.
Therefore, the balance of power would be in their favor. Accordingly, they will have the knowledge to master the course of history.
Of course, neither of these assumptions is verified.
Exo planets
Since 1993, nearly 2000 Exo-planets have been discovered. They all belong to the Jovian gaseous category. With improved detection systems in the decades to come, the list should grow rapidly.
However, the hope of finding any alike ET’s is very low. In addition to that, because of today’s inappropriate technology to travel into space at the speed of light, if by chance we learn about a possible source of life elsewhere, we wouldn’t be able to confirm it by landing there.
UFO, the first step
Another way to meet the so-called ET’s could be done through the UFO’s. Unfortunately the vast majority of the suspected cases reflect mainly a lack of knowledge of atmospheric physical phenomena as for instance the lenticular clouds or ball lightning.
However some situations defy rational analysis. In France, according to the GEIPAN (Group for the Study and Information on Unidentified Aerospace Phenomena) 28% of the reported cases failed to deliver a rational answer. Comparable figures are found in other countries. Therefore, a series of questions is being raised to which we cannot give any definitive answer at this stage. Among many, those ones :
If the UFO phenomenon really exists, why the aliens do not contact us ?
Maybe they do not feel the need?
Maybe they haven’t our logic?
Maybe they fear that they might get hurt, including the risks of not being immunized against diseases?
At the end, any speculation about their motivation is pointless.
However, if this possibility is purposefully admitted, what could be scenario?
In this case, the UFOs Earth overflight could constitute a first step before a more serious intervention.
Let us deal right away with the « entropic » principle that many have considered significant, but which will hardly stand up to close examination: that is the alien would share our common meaning.
Everything we have learned from history, form science, biology and so on do not help.
If one day a confrontation should happen, it could be done in many ways.
A war?
A hailstorm of natural disaster?
A Earth complete destruction?
Everything is possible.
Stephen Hawking warns “ Such encounter could be fatal to the peoples of the Earth !”
The awareness of history is one of the preconditions for avoiding similar mistakes in the future. When the Spaniards undertook the conquest of the Americas, few decades later, about 90% of the local population disappeared either through violence either through diseases.
In case of such encounter meeting, our thoughts must be humble, limited to the basics, our survival.
The likely best-case scenario: the aliens would seek to dominate the world.
Beyond their unknown motivations, obviously, the best approach to reach that goal easily would be to take hold of Internet and any media tool related.
In one second, the world can be bullied, trapped in an unbearable silence.
The event may happen in 10 years, a thousand years or never. But if it occurs tomorrow, what could be done to stop this offensive ?
How to secure Internet from space invaders ?
Historically, the birth of the Internet was associated through a commitment to safety. In 1962, during the Cold War, the U.S. Air Force created a military communications network whose aim was to secure the electronic exchange of information between the nerve decision centers in case of a nuclear attack.
Based on a decentralized system, the network should function despite the destruction of one part of the machines.
By then, the issue was a very specific and wilfully isolated based on imperative country Defence system.
But today the network is the backbone of the world economy. In that sense, it is much more fragile, exposed to any unknown risk.
What alternative solution ?
Fearing that risk, the option selected could be to duplicate the system in a way to secure the most sensitive issues ? In this case, even if the global economy and our lives are left to the alien forces, the vital interests of the Earth would be protected. This assumption is consistent with the cover-up on UFOs for nearly sixty years.
At the end, the Lao Tzu quote “Silence is a source of great strength”.
